Veteran works to complete memorial at CLC

"Wayne Maczko’s cousin returned from Vietnam in the 1960s suffering from post traumatic stress disorder, a condition the man still battles today.

Wanting to pay back his cousin for the sacrifice he made for his country, Maczko enlisted in 1966."
